2004 Pageant Highlights

     Sunday, June 27th was a magical night for one lucky lady from Burlington County, New Jersey, Mrs. Elizabeth Leska, who was crowned Mrs. New Jersey United States 2004. Beth is a Vice President at Wachovia Wealth Management in Philadelphia, PA and hails from Medford, NJ where she resides with her husband Joseph.

     The pageant, which was held in the Freehold Gardens Hotel, Freehold, NJ, played host to a field of 11 contestants, competing in interview, swimsuit, evening gown and platform speech. A lavender interview suit, hot pink one-piece swimsuit and white strapless evening gown with a ruffled bottom comprised the winning wardrobe combination for Mrs. Leska. 

     Beth’s platform is Nutrition and Fitness Education for America’s Youth, a program for which she has already received support and funding from members of the NJ State Legislature, and one that is near to her heart after having lost over 55 pounds just a few years ago.

The members of the Mrs. New Jersey court included (in photo order) 2nd Runner Up – Antoinette Mosley, 1st Runner Up – Diana Brunner,  Michelle Cohen - Mrs. NJ US 2003, Mrs. NJ US 2004 – Elizabeth Leska, 3rd Runner Up – Kelly Cruz, and 4th Runner Up – Khrystyna Cusimano.     Mrs. Leska will represent New Jersey as she competes for the national title of Mrs. United States 2004 on August 4th – 5th at the Orleans Hotel Theatre in Las Vegas, Nevada.
